Software for organisations
that run on Microsoft.

Our Intune product is used across more than 500,000 devices. Eido Build is how we build it, and it is now a product of its own.

Our story

The second product was never meant to be one

We started with Intune

Eido is our product for Microsoft Intune: reporting, software metering and automation. Hundreds of customers around the world use it, across more than 500,000 devices.

Then we built something for ourselves

To ship it faster, we built an internal platform where AI agents take work from a ticket to tested, review-ready code, and our own people approve at the points that matter. Every feature and fix in Eido now goes through it.

People kept asking for it

It was an internal project until the people who saw it kept asking when they could have it. So we made it a product: Eido Build, installed from Azure Marketplace into your own Azure subscription.

The team

The people behind both

We spend a surprising amount of time on the road. You will find us on a stand at Microsoft community events in Europe and the US, usually beside a very large bear. Back home there is a stand-up every morning, and we like to close the week together.

And then there is Odie

Start-up life lesson number 39: if you don’t control your culture, a giant bear eventually will. No regrets.

Odie joined in January 2026. He has a desk, a headset and an Eido T-shirt, and he comes to events with us. Smaller versions of him go home with the people who visit our stand.

He is also the name of the assistant inside our products, which is not a coincidence.

What we believe

How we like to work

Your data, where you choose

You pick the region your Eido data is held in: UK, EU or US. Eido Build goes a step further and installs into your own Azure subscription.

People decide

Read-only is our default. Live device actions stay off until you switch them on, and in Eido Build a named person approves at every gate that matters.

Show the working

We publish our prices. The numbers we quote were measured on our own product, and we say so each time.

Turn up

We sponsor community projects and go to the events where the people who use our products spend their time. It is where most of our best ideas have come from.

Eido is a Microsoft Partner and holds ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and Cyber Essentials certifications. Legal and security
